work schedule. For the first 90 days, new hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite Monday–Friday.

The Smartsheet Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing Smartsheet environments to support enterprise workflows, project management, and reporting needs. This role ensures data integrity, user access control, automation of processes, and integration with other enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

Maintain Smartsheet licenses, user accounts, and permissions.

Configure workspaces, sheets, reports, dashboards, and WorkApps for teams.

Design and implement automated workflows, alerts, and approval processes.

Develop templates and best practices for consistent project execution.

Ensure compliance with data governance policies and security standards.

Monitor usage and performance; troubleshoot issues proactively.

Assist with integrating Smartsheet with enterprise systems such as Power BI, ServiceNow, JIRA.

Provide support for Smartsheet related issues and enhancements via support requests.

Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end‑users.

Act as a subject matter expert for Smartsheet capabilities and new features.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience administering Smartsheet or similar project management tools.

Solid experience with IT infrastructure projects and exposure to digital transformation, cloud technologies, data centers, etc.

Knowledge of project management.

Proven ability to manage multiple support requests simultaneously.

We Value

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Experience with API integrations and Smartsheet premium apps.

Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Proficiency in Power BI or other reporting tools.

Project Management Certification (PMP, ACPM, Agile, ITIL) preferred.

Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills.

Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication.

Strong command of the MS Office toolset and MS Project.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; a team player who can motivate and lead projects.

Experience with JIRA, IT PPM, ServiceNow, and Smartsheet is preferred.

Relocation support may be provided.
