We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidate to assist the recruiting and HR department. This position focuses on coordinating the attorney recruitment process, organizing the summer associate program, and coordinating on-campus interviews (OCI). Responsibilities
Associate attorney recruiting Organize and schedule orientation for attorneys Coordinate all aspects of the summer associate program, including: Onboarding/Offboarding Coordinating weekly CLE seminars Planning events Coordinate and organize evaluations for mid-summer and final reviews Serve as the primary point of contact for summer associates Coordinate OCI with various law schools Assist with various HR tasks Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong attention to detail Knowledge of HR policies and procedures 1 or more years of experience in attorney recruiting, HR, or similar role Strong verbal and written skills Strong interpersonal skills Seniority level
