Serve as liaison between Product Owners, Guidewire developers, QA, data integrations, and external vendors.

Participate in Scrum‑of‑Scrums to synchronize dependencies across Billing, Policy, and Claims workstreams.

Support Product Owners in story writing, acceptance‑criteria definition, and prioritization to maximize ROI.

Ensure Definition‑of‑Ready / Definition‑of‑Done compliance and maintain audit‑ready documentation in SharePoint/Azure Dev Ops.

Produce sprint and release status reports, highlighting scope, schedule, cost, and risk indicators for leadership dashboards.

Champion a data‑driven culture of inspection and adaptation.

Proven servant‑leadership, conflict‑resolution, and facilitation skills in cross‑functional/matrix settings.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform, GOSU development life‑cycle, and DevSecOps pipelines.
