We’re currently hiring therapists to provide SUD treatment for clients at our outpatient SUD outpatient clinics in Hollywood and Laguna Hills. Our Mission To help our clients attain not just sobriety, but the career and life they want. Therapist Job Responsibilities: Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders. Therapist Qualifications/Skills: Strong interpersonal skills Excellent communication and listening skills Ability to build rapport quickly Detail oriented Ability to communicate with compassion and empathy Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks Therapist must have a minimum of AMFT ideally LMFT current with the state of California Minimum 1 year clinical experience in AOD treatment and be proficient at documentation Knowledge of KIPU preferred not required Compensation: Position in Hollywood outpatient is FT compensation is $80k salary commensurate with experience plus healthcare, 401k and PTO. This can be done remotely so long as covid permissions remain in place but you must be willing to work onsite if and when covid permissions are lifted.
