ServiceNow Niche Sales Capture Senior Manager Join Accenture as a ServiceNow Niche Sales Capture Senior Manager. In this role you will work with the account team to grow pipeline and sales by originating, managing, and closing opportunities related to Accenture’s ServiceNow practice and intersecting with our Cloud offerings, including strategy, development, migration, and managed services.

Responsibilities

Originate, shape, and transact sales opportunities.

Proactively generate and build client relationships (qualify, solution, negotiate, close).

Articulate a compelling and differentiating value proposition that aligns with clients’ business imperatives.

Create a compelling vision for the deal outcome through active listening, storytelling, and immersive experiences.

Commercially shape multi‑discipline transactions.

Influence client selection processes and evaluation criteria.

Lead business negotiations and provide discipline and rigor to the sales process.

Advise and coach deal teams on win‑strategy development, negotiations, and debriefs.

Collaborate with Sales leadership, Client Account leadership, and subject matter experts.

Engage firm leadership and shepherd deals through the approval process.

Identify and assess complex problems, creating solutions that require in-depth niche knowledge.

Supervise or manage Bid Managers and other sales team members as needed.

Bring the right talent to sales opportunities at the right time.

Travel may be required (25%–100% depending on business need).

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years’ experience shaping, negotiating, and closing large ServiceNow deals in the professional services space.

Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience selling ServiceNow products and services.

Minimum of 6 years Sales Pursuit Management experience.

Minimum of 2 years’ direct sales experience with quotas of $5 M to $25 M+.

Experience in a digital‑first, data and AI‑led, global organization.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12 years work experience); an Associate’s degree requires 6 years experience.

Bonus Points

Experience in Banking, CMT, Healthcare, Resources, Retail, Travel, Consumer Goods, or Industrial.

Knowledge of the marketplace and delivery of ServiceNow solutions.

Experience driving high‑value multi‑tower deals.

Senior executive client relationship building.

Managing and navigating ServiceNow sales teams.

Proven team‑oriented leadership and collaboration.

Strong communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills.

Job Sign‑On and Benefits Compensation varies by location, role, and experience. Salary ranges for this position in California,, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York/New Jersey, and Washington are $136,800 to $237,600 annually. Base pay may be complemented by incentive compensation under the Sales Achievement Bonus Plan. Additional benefits and compensation details can be found in the Accenture benefits portal.
