HOUSE SUPERVISOR (RN), Full Time Nights - Sparks
Northern Nevada Health System is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a House Supervisor on a full‑time night shift schedule in Sparks.
Location Reno, NV (Sparks)
Schedule Full time – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday night shift schedule.
Salary $45.67 to $68.50 per hour.
Responsibilities
Visit all patient care units to ascertain patient condition, evaluate staffing needs, and provide support to caregivers.
Administer effective distribution and utilization of personnel employed during the shift; maintain staffing within guidelines and justify deviations to nursing director, CNO, and VP of Clinical Services.
Keep chief nurse executive, representative, or Administrator informed regarding circumstances or situations that may have serious impact.
Inform personnel on the ensuing shift regarding patient conditions, required follow‑up actions, and any special conditions.
Minimum/Preferred Requirements
Graduate of an accredited nursing school and hold current licensure in the state of Nevada as a registered professional nurse.
Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
10 years of experience as a staff nurse and manager.
Current BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certification.
