Job Description The Project Coordinator will support project execution from pre-planning through completion, ensuring accuracy, safety, schedule adherence, and cost control.
Relevant Software Experience of Interest
MS Office suite (Required)
Construction Industry Experience (Required)
Project Management & Coordination
Review scope of work on all Client contracts
Manage multiple projects to ensure compliance with contract requirements, scope, schedule, and budget
Develop and maintain detailed project timelines
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors
Pre-Planning & Documentation
Review design drawings and project specifications
Create sequence drawings
Prepare safety hazard reports
Maintain Request for Change Order (RCO) logs
Create Operating Data sheets
Develop Schedules of Values
Change Management & Field Support
Ensure change order requests are completed within project timelines
Create tool lists, site-specific safety and erection plans, and erection check‑off lists
Generate RFIs as required and track them through completion to ensure uninterrupted field operations
Approve purchase orders for projects under supervision
Communicate the following to the Vice President of Operations:
Weekly percent complete
Monthly cost variance compared to project estimates
Ideal Candidate Profile

Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
Interested in long‑term growth in a Project Manager role
