What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to close, ensuring timely delivery of quality solutions

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track overall project performance

Lead cross-functional teams in the discovery, design, and implementation phases of projects

Identify and assess risks, facilitate resolutions, and report escalated issues to management

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress and performance-ul> What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a related field preferred

Minimum of three years' experience managing full lifecycle projects

Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of project management software

Certification in project management (CAPM, PMP) preferred

Current licensure with the applicable State Nursing Board, if required by position

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with project management in a healthcare setting

Certification through Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) or Society of Clinical Research Associates (SoCRA)

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and project management tools
