In this pivotal role, you will ensure that quality product is received into the repair station by performing conformity inspections and coordinating non‑conforming product dispositions in compliance with AS9100 and FAA CFR 145 Repair Station requirements.

What You Will Do
Perform inspections of products received from approved suppliers using a variety of measuring devices and an approved sampling plan.
Use predetermined methods, operations, setups, and specifications to verify conformance of arriving, in‑process, and completed products.
Raise notifications of non‑conformances, quarantine non‑conforming product, and, when approved, provide disposition. Assist with coordination of non‑conforming product control activities.
Perform reviews and assessments of area/program performance and identify and address opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate internally to ensure quality standards are implemented.
Report directly to the Repair Station Quality Manager and support other delegated duties.
Qualifications You Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Qualifications We Prefer
Eligibility for an FAA Repairmen Certification per 14 CFR Part 65.
Detail oriented with strong communication skills.
Product inspection experience or technical background.
