Role: Project Manager, on-site, with Estimating and Marketing responsibilities. Location: South Jordan, UT. Full-time. The Project Manager will oversee project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Proven experience in Project Management for construction or maintenance projects, including planning and execution. Strong skills in expediting and coordination to ensure progress. Proficiency in conducting inspections and ensuring safety and quality compliance. Knowledge of logistics management to facilitate materials flow. Experience in marketing and client relationship management is desirable. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. On-site work in South Jordan, UT with a team-oriented approach. Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. Familiarity with federal and state contracting is a plus. Employment type
