The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Process and Systems Transformation (PST) Team:

Sr. Manager, Business Systems and Transformation - SAP Ariba and Business Network .

What You Will Do Process and System Transformation

Lead the end‑to‑end transformation of the Supply Chain workstream moving away from a variety of heritage processes and systems toward a consolidated future state set of processes and SAP Ariba and Business Network system.

Drive the adoption of new standard processes and system usage across the enterprise.

Collaborate closely with technical teams, partners, and business units.

Support testing, data migration, and deployment activities across multiple business units.

Business Process Analysis

Oversee workshops with stakeholders to capture procurement processes, workflows, and pain points.

Guide the team to define best practices for e‑Procurement, supplier collaboration, and contract management within a highly regulated defense environment.

Support the team in developing business process documentation, user stories, and process flow diagrams.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as a liaison between business users, procurement teams, IT, and external vendors.

Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to program‑level leadership.

Coordinate with compliance and cybersecurity teams to ensure adherence to DFARS, ITAR, and other regulations.

Continuous Improvement

Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency, automation, and user experience.

Monitor KPIs and system performance post‑implementation to ensure business value realization.

Travel up to 25%.

Qualifications You Must Have

Minimum of 10+ years’ experience leading IT or Supply Chain teams and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent combination of experience and schooling).

Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and contract lifecycle processes.

Experience with Ariba CRE and Business Network integration to SAP ERP (S/4HANA or ECC) or similar.

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with Defense Contract Management and FAR/DFARS compliance frameworks.

Background in large‑scale digital transformation or ERP modernization projects.

Advanced knowledge of supply chain compliance and regulatory needs in the aerospace and defense industry.

Ability to travel up to 25%.

Work Location Remote: This position is currently designated as remote. The successful candidate will work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories) and may be required to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is USD 132,400 – 251,600.

Hiring may include annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs. Payments are not guaranteed and depend on individual, business unit, and company performance.
