About the Clinic This Brooklyn-based multidisciplinary pain management clinic provides
personalized, state-of-the-art, non-invasive pain care
to patients suffering from chronic and complex pain conditions. The practice emphasizes
drug-free, technology-driven therapies and comprehensive assessments , integrating advanced modalities such as laser pain therapy, shock wave therapy, magnetic field therapy, PRP injections, physical therapy, and neuropathy care into individualized treatment plans. The team aims to relieve pain, restore function, and improve quality of life through
compassionate, evidence-based clinical care
and collaborative patient management.
Position Overview We are seeking a
Physician Assistant (PA) / Nurse Practitioner (NP)
with a strong
Gynecology (GYN)
clinical foundation and a specific focus on managing
chronic pelvic pain syndromes . This is a
part-time, on-site role
for a provider who will evaluate, diagnose, and assist in managing women presenting with chronic pelvic, pelvic floor, or intimate-area pain—integrated within a broader pain management setting. This role is NOT primarily OB service oriented and does
not
require obstetric practice.*
Key Responsibilities Develop and
lead a women’s health–focused pain management division Evaluate and manage
chronic pelvic pain and gynecologic pain syndromes Design clinical workflows and care pathways for women’s pain management Collaborate with pain specialists and interdisciplinary providers Provide direct patient care and longitudinal follow-up Contribute to clinical strategy and service-line growth
Requirements Female
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Active New York license Strong background in
Gynaecology (GYN) Experience or deep interest in
women’s pain management Comfortable with both
clinical care and leadership responsibility Must be available
on-site

Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working in
pain management , rehabilitation, or multidisciplinary clinical environments. Familiarity with or interest in
interventional chronic pain care . Experience shaping care pathways for patients with complex symptom presentations.
