is looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in civil site construction and enjoy leading projects from start to finish, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Manage civil site construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Coordinate schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project documentation
Serve as the main point of contact for owners, engineers, and internal teams
Track schedules using Microsoft Project
Review plans and drawings using Bluebeam Revu
Manage budgets, costs, and job reporting using Sage Construction
Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance on every project
Support estimating and pre-construction efforts when/as needed
Qualifications
Proven experience in civil site construction project management, site development, underground utilities, earthwork and grading projects
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam Revu, and Sage Construction software systems
Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans and specs
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Salary: $75,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year.
