Licensed Psychotherapists – Join Our Network of Providers
Insight Wellness Center – a clinician‑led psychotherapy practice serving Northern and Southern California for over 25 years – is hiring compassionate, skilled psychotherapists for a fully remote contract role. Full‑time availability is preferred, but part‑time clinicians (minimum 20 hours per week) are also considered.
Position Overview
1099 contract position
Full‑time preferred; part‑time (20+ hours/week) considered
100 % remote / telehealth
Flexible scheduling – clinicians can manage their own schedules or receive support from our intake coordination team
Administrative and business functions handled by the practice, allowing you to focus on clinical care
Ideal Candidates
Licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD/PhD) or newly licensed
Paneled with insurance or experienced with insurance‑based care
Committed to providing culturally responsive, inclusive, and ethical treatment to diverse populations
Collaborative, organized, and clinically thoughtful
Specialties or experience that are a plus (not required):
Trauma‑informed or trauma‑responsive approaches
CBT, DBT, and other evidence‑based behavioral therapies
EMDR‑informed, somatic, or integrative modalities
Experience with anxiety, depression, grief, relational concerns, and complex trauma
