Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Physical Therapist located in New York, NY. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical therapy needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and guiding patients through rehabilitation and recovery. Day‑to‑day tasks include performing hands‑on therapies, providing patient education, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure optimal care. The role also involves monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
Qualifications
Strong background in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
Proficient in Patient Care, including hands‑on manual therapy and personalized treatment plans
Experience in providing Home Care and tailored exercise programs
Comprehensive knowledge of medicine relevant to physical therapy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and collaborate with team members
Valid State Licensure and Certification in Physical Therapy
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adopting evidence‑based practices
