Behavioral Health Social Worker (LCSW) – Full Time - Eddy Senior Care
Join St. Peter's Health Partners as a Behavioral Health Social Worker (LCSW) to provide comprehensive mental health services at the Rotterdam & Latham Centers. This program helps seniors avoid or delay nursing home placement and stay in the community as long as possible.

Employment Type:
Full time – Monday–Friday, no nights or weekends.

Day Shift.
Job Description:
In this role you will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver mental health services—counseling, resources, education—and facilitate group sessions in our Day Center setting. Responsibilities include person-centered, trauma-informed therapy; care coordination for participants and families; and collaboration with medical and social service professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Experience
Provide person-centered, trauma-informed therapy and brief counseling to participants and families.
Offer mental health services including counseling, resources, and education.
Facilitate group sessions in our Day Centers.
Collaborate with medical and social service professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Educational Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work.
LCSW license required.
Experience in behavioral health settings; geriatric and substance use experience a plus.
Strong assessment skills, including safety planning.
CASAC preferred but not required.
Pay Range:
$31.50 - $45.23 per hour (based on experience, skills, and education). Pay may vary within the range based on location. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
