Full‑time Registered Nurse (RN)

Exton Post Acute and Healthcare Center , a 120‑bed Sub‑Acute and Long‑Term Care facility.
Compensation and Benefits
Same‑Day Pay
$3 Point of Incentive Bonus (PIB)
$5,000 Sign‑On Bonus for full‑time RN
$37‑$46 per hour

Responsibilities
Provide resident care in accordance with nursing standards and written plan of care as well as physicians’ plan of treatment.
Follow plan of care designed by Nurse Manager.
Perform medication administration and treatments as per Plan of Care.
Monitor residents’ conditions and report as required.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders.
Qualifications
Current, unencumbered, active RN license in Pennsylvania.
Valid BLS certification (CPR).
Ability to work with multiple patients simultaneously.
