Job Overview
Wellness Director at Phoenix Senior Living, Phoenix at Lake Lanier, seeks RN/LPN to lead the health and well-being of residents.
Responsibilities
Oversee clinical programs, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
Train and onboard clinical and care coordinator team members.
Assist and partner with the Regional Director of Resident Care to provide Medication Care Manager training (where allowed).
Requirements
Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with an Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 2 years of department management experience with elders or disabled individuals.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities; multi‑department experience strongly recommended.
Knowledge of the Assisted Living industry, Dementia care, or Skilled Nursing.
Skills and Abilities
Understanding of infection control procedures.
Ability to schedule, orient, and train staff.
Proficient with MS Office.
Implementation of Personalized Service Plans.
Knowledge of advanced directives and end‑of‑life care.
Understanding of assisted living philosophy.
Understanding of nursing function in assisted living, quality of care, and quality of life objectives.
