In addition to comprehensive services such as behavioral health (Aurora Pavilion Behavioral Health), emergency medical care (ER at Sweetwater), orthopedic surgeries, maternity, rehabilitation (Hitchcock Rehabilitation Services), imaging and wound care, Aiken Regional provides a supportive environment that values patient care and nursing excellence.
Responsibilities
Sign‑on Bonus up to $15,000 ***
Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards and philosophy.
Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
Demonstrate the concepts of Patient‑Centered Care and Service Excellence standards at all times.
Registered Nurse - ICU, Full‑time Night Shift
Sign‑on Bonus up to $15,000 ***
Work the full‑time night shift in the ICU environment, ensuring continuity of patient care and collaboration with multidisciplinary staff.
Adhere to all state and national regulations, hospital policies and the goals of the Patient‑Centered Care philosophy.

Requirements Graduate of an accredited or NLN‑approved RN program.
New graduates are encouraged to apply in their final semester of nursing school before graduation.
Current license to practice nursing in South Carolina (or eligible to receive or renew).
BLS and ACLS certifications required. Successful completion of CPI training during orientation.
