Unit Description:

Shep 3 North currently has around 10 long-term care patients that are awaiting placement. Patients on this unit will have a variety of different diagnoses. The environment of the unit is consistent with that of a long-term care facility. Candidates must have strong communication and leadership skills. Charge nurse experience preferred. Long term care experience preferred.

On-call:

Not required

Requirements:

Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.

ADN required, BSN preferred.

Appropriate experience in specific clinical area. Varies by unit.
