Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, cost accounting, inventory, AP/AR, and payroll
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Analyze manufacturing costs and margins to identify efficiency opportunities
Ensure accurate inventory valuation and cycle count processes
Manage cash flow and banking relationships
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory control, and financial analysis
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
