Reports to: Customer Quality Manager

Work model: Onsite.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the Voice of the Customer within the organization.

Facilitate resolution of customer cases by following a robust root cause analysis and implementing preventive and corrective actions.

Use quality data analytics from the organization to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances.

Enable and coach employees to evaluate risks, problems, and solutions from a customer/stakeholder point of view.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).

Basic knowledge of at least 2 of the following: 5S, 8D Reports, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).

Ability to lead a team and work with cross-functional teams.

Great communication skills and diplomacy to deal with our customers.

Good knowledge of MS Office.

Work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in the United States.
