Why This Job Rocks:
28 Days Vacation + 5 Sick Days (from Day 1)
Base Salary: $35,000 to $40,000 (rising to $45K) - Experience dependant
Year 1 OTE: $50K–$60K
Year 2: $60K–$75K+
Year 3+: $75K–$100K+
(One team member earned $18K in commission their first year — no repeat business yet!)
$150/Paycheck toward health insurance after 3 months

What You’ll Do:
Sell luxury cruise experiences (ocean, river, expedition)
Work only warm inbound leads (no cold calling!)
Guide clients from inquiry through post-cruise follow-up
Build deep relationships = repeat business & referrals
Stay sharp with constant product training & updates
Who You Are:
1+ year experience selling luxury cruises
Passionate about premium travel & five-star service
Confident in 30–60 min calls that actually matter
Hungry for commission — six figures is very doable
Looking for a career, not just a job
