EPC Construction Manager : solar / BESS

Opportunity to join a global leading solar & BESS developer company as Construction Manager, or Project Manager.

Location Remote working and visit side while necessary, support projects are based in either Berlin or Munich.

We are hiring 2-3 EPC Construction managers, and 3 Project Managers in Germany.

Responsibilities

Be fully responsible for on-site construction management, technical support and other related work.

Review construction drawings, conduct thorough drawing disclosures, and ensure on-site construction is carried out in accordance with the drawings.

Control construction progress, quality, safety and civilized construction.

Organize and coordinate the input and matching of on-site resources such as personnel, materials and machinery.

Cooperate with on-site support work such as equipment arrival, installation and commissioning.

Compile and submit construction logs and other relevant reports and documents.

Undertake other tasks assigned by the management team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above;

Relevant majors such as Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Management, and Engineering Management;

3 years experience in construction projects and at least 4 of them in solar projects as Site;

At least 8 years experience in construction projects, including more than 3 years in solar & BESS projects;

Have good on-site management and control capabilities; possess organizational and coordination capabilities and the ability to solve on-site problems;

Strong pressure resistance and adapt to working at project sites.

Fluent in German and English
