Minimum Qualifications
1–2 years of crane service technician or relevant trade experience (electrical, mechanical, etc.).
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to learn mechanical, electrical, and industrial skills.
Willingness to travel and work in production environments, including overnight travel.
Basic computer and phone skills for completing electronic forms promptly.
Willingness to work extended hours, holidays, and on weekends as required.
Physical requirements: stand/walk 95% of the work day; lift/carry up to 40–50 pounds unassisted; squat, twist, reach, climb, and bend frequently; push/pull material with equipment assistance; possess hand/eye coordination and bilateral dexterity; have proper depth perception, peripheral vision and hearing.
