Engineering & Utilities Roles – Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing

Global Life Science Hub is recruiting on behalf of a
rapidly growing biopharmaceutical manufacturer
that is expanding its US manufacturing operations following recent commercial approvals.
As part of continued site expansion, the engineering function is growing and we are supporting hires across
Utilities, Facilities, and Engineering Operations . These roles are critical to supporting GMP manufacturing and maintaining site reliability.
Open Positions
High-Pressure Boiler Operators
Facilities Maintenance Technicians
Water / Utilities Operators (WFI, PW, RO systems)
Role Overview These positions will support day‑to‑day operation, maintenance, and compliance of GMP manufacturing utilities and facilities. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted, compliant operations.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain high‑pressure boiler systems, chillers, compressors, and plant utilities
Monitor and maintain WFI, PW, RO, clean steam, and wastewater systems
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility and utility equipment
Troubleshoot equipment issues and support manufacturing uptime
Complete GMP documentation, logbooks, and maintenance records
Support audits, inspections, and deviation investigations
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and GMP requirements
Required Experience
Prior experience in GMP pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments
Hands‑on experience in utilities, facilities maintenance, or boiler operations
Strong understanding of GMP documentation and safety standards
Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
Nice to Have
High‑pressure boiler license or certification
Experience supporting biologics manufacturing facilities
CMMS experience
Shift flexibility
