We’re seeking an experienced
PM Floor Manager
to join the team at
The Swan Room , Nine Orchard’s elegant evening bar and lounge. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives during evening service, leads with calm confidence, and is passionate about delivering polished, high-touch guest experiences. You’ll oversee nightly service operations, support and develop the front-of-house team, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the refinement and warmth that define The Swan Room. What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee PM floor operations, ensuring seamless, elevated service throughout evening hours
Act as the primary on-the-floor leader during service, setting the tone for hospitality, professionalism, and pace
Support, coach, and motivate servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff to uphold service standards
Actively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and cultivate repeat clientele
Collaborate closely with bar, beverage, and culinary teams to ensure smooth communication and execution
Monitor service flow, reservations, seating, and guest volume to maximize efficiency and experience
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and NYC hospitality regulations
Assist with staff scheduling, shift notes, nightly reports, and cash handling as needed
Represent The Swan Room and MML with poise, warmth, and a strong sense of ownership
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in a floor manager or supervisory role within upscale or luxury hospitality
Strong understanding of evening service dynamics, bar-forward operations, and guest relations
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Working knowledge of POS systems, reservations platforms, and service standards
Passion for hospitality, service excellence, and team development
Physical Requirements
Essential Functions:
