Job Title Plumber I

Job Overview We are looking for an entry level to experienced Plumber for a client in Denver, CO. This position supports plumbing operations through the application of technical knowledge, proven techniques, and adherence to established procedures. The focus is on performing plumbing tasks related to equipment, fixtures, and systems, ensuring proper installation, maintenance, and repair.

Key Responsibilities

Review, prioritize, and develop action plans for plumbing-related tasks and service requests.

Source materials and supplies from the warehouse or local vendors, conducting research as needed for diagrams and parts.

Communicate and coordinate with on-site staff, considering safety for yourself and others.

Prepare job sites, including ensuring safety and cleanliness, and properly dispose of waste and flammable materials.

Install and repair plumbing fixtures, such as water closets, urinals, lavatories, faucets, kitchen sinks, shower valves, drinking fountains, and emergency eye wash stations.

Install and replace hot water heaters, boilers, and heat exchangers for domestic water systems.

Diagnose and repair malfunctioning boiler controls, hot water heater systems, and other related plumbing controls, including replacing faulty electrical components, relays, and circuit boards.

Test, install, and certify cross-connection control devices.

Detect and repair leaks in natural gas lines and air systems, as well as identify and resolve indoor sewer gas odors affecting air quality.

Repair, replace, and install new piping and fittings for various plumbing systems, including waste, vent, and irrigation lines.

Assist with snow removal as part of a 24-hour on-call rotation.

Respond to plumbing emergencies around the clock, 24/7.

Qualifications & Skills Required

High school diploma or GED.

Valid Colorado driver’s license and meet the organization’s insurability standards.

Must live in Colorado or have a permanent home address within the state.

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position with or without accommodations.

Compensation

Competitive pay range from $27.50 to $33.00 per hour. For more details on compensation, click here.
