Responsibilities
Coordinate production workflows for one or multiple products
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimal delays
Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to fulfill production demand
Assign workers and other staff to specific production operations
Schedule shifts according to production requirements
Monitor jobs to ensure on‑time completion and adherence to budget constraints
Address issues as they arise, aiming for minimal disruption
Gather output data (number of finished products, percentage of defectives, etc.)
Prepare and submit status and performance reports
Maintain organized documentation
Collaborate with quality control, warehouse, and other staff members
Facility/Group Specific Responsibilities
To carry out all duties in accordance with the Quality Assurance procedures and departmental work instructions.
To contribute to general improvements in the quality of key activities within the department.
Comply with all Keystone Tower Systems Company and HSE procedures and policies.
Education & Experience Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Further education or certification is preferred
Experience with MRP II (Manufacturing Resource Planning)
Experience in a factory manufacturing environment preferred
Job Requirements
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
Strong mathematical and statistical abilities
Exceptional organizational and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts preferred
Proven experience as a production planner
Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
