Income: On Average $150,000/yr - $200,000/yr (Paid Weekly)
Schedule: Monday - Saturday (Full Time)
Responsibilities
Visit customers in their homes to consult and identify the product that best fits their needs; consultants are trained to offer a wide range of window, patio door, and entry door options.
Use tools, training, and our sales methodology while building rapport with customers to offer our replacement services.
Leverage industry-leading product samples, support, and technology to assist in closing sales.
Provide an exceptional customer service experience from project start to finish.
Demonstrate emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to recommend and close on solutions that meet or exceed customer needs.
Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience
Prior experience in the Home Improvement or Construction industry is a plus
Ability to physically lift up to 50 pounds
Proven track record of closing sales
Self-motivation and results orientation
Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
Healthy competitive drive balanced by teamwork
Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. This Company participates in E-Verify.
