Full-Time Days Select Specialty Hospital - Hampton Roads is a critical illness recovery hospital committed to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery. We help patients during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives — and House Supervisors (RN) play a central role in providing compassionate, excellent treatment and leadership every step of the way. Responsibilities
Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift. Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth. Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained. Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families. Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations. Minimum Qualifications
Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License BLS and ACLS required at hire. Preferred Qualifications
Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred. Prior clinical management experience is preferred. BSN is preferred. About the Company
