In this role, you will primarily be creating and managing a plan of care for individual patients. You are a Registered Nurse who operates with great attention to detail and a big heart. You will create personalized care plans for patients and observe and communicate effectively in the patient\'s best interest. To succeed, you should have demonstrated knowledge and skill in current nursing practices as well as a strong problem-solving mindset. Responsibilities: Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions Document changes in patient conditions and report on changes Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor Requirements/Qualifications: Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment Experience as a Registered Nurse Excellent interpersonal and client care skills Valid driver’s license First aid/CPR certification required Additional Information Close in proximity to Saratoga Springs and surrounding areas (Lehi, Eagle Mountain, Cedar Fort) Must be available to see patients 2-3x per week (Mon-Fri) On call 1 week night per week and 1 weekend per month Employment details Part-time Health Care Provider (Job function) Benefits/Perks Flexible Scheduling Competitive Compensation Career Advancement Harmony believes in making a difference in the lives of those we come into contact with, every single day.
