Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in North Charleston, SC for a Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the maintenance team, ensuring the property’s systems and equipment are operating efficiently. Responsibilities include overseeing preventive maintenance programs, scheduling and assigning repair tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining a safe and clean property environment. The role requires managing team performance and ensuring that all maintenance tasks align with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead a team and manage daily operations effectively
Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
Technical expertise in Maintenance & Repair, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with property systems and equipment
Experience in implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with maintenance‑related regulations
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training in maintenance‑related fields preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems is an advantage
Experience in property management or multifamily housing is a plus
