Analyze and optimize cement production processes to maximize efficiency, reduce operational costs, and minimize downtime. Implement process improvements that strengthen product consistency, clinker quality, and overall plant reliability. Work closely with maintenance, quality, and production teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as energy consumption, throughput, and equipment utilization, while troubleshooting process-related issues. Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards in all plant operations. What We’re Looking For

Solid understanding of process engineering principles with direct experience in heavy industrial or cement manufacturing operations. Proven ability to identify and implement innovative solutions for process optimization, energy efficiency, and waste reduction. Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance, ensuring a safe and sustainable work environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across production, maintenance, and quality departments. Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of using plant data to guide decisions and improve performance. Work Environment

This role operates in an industrial setting with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required. What We Offer
