Responsibilities
Deliver detailed and accurate service by following established guidelines. Work independently with clear direction and minimal dependence on others. Provide support and service in a collaborative environment. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly banking center sales and service goals. Assist with account transactions, process new accounts, and introduce clients to new products and digital solutions. Build rapport with clients and associates, treating all with respect and consideration.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: 6+ months of sales experience and prior banking or financial service experience. Bilingual language skills. Strong work ethic, self‑starter, and passion for educating clients on banking products. Ability to think logically, analyze situations, and make sound decisions. Ability to multitask and use multiple computer and software systems. Basic math skills to calculate figures and percentages.
