Field Human Resources Manager - Florida (Orlando)
The Regional HR Manager position is responsible for serving as a strategic HR partner to Operations leadership (VPO/RDO/ACO/MUM) in assigned region(s), developing and coaching Operations management, partnering in People Planning, developing and executing staffing plans, and providing training courses to leadership and associates as required. This position also facilitates resolution of associate relations issues and typically oversees 80–120 stores.
Job Responsibilities
Partners with Operations leadership (primarily VPOs, RDOs, ACOs, and MUMs) to facilitate People Planning, develop and coach Operations management, evaluate internal candidates for vacant/new positions, identify high potential associates, and participate in panel interviews to build alignment. Conducts field visits and interviews to identify opportunities for improved retention.
Coaches Operations leadership on associate relations to achieve problem resolution without litigation; conducts timely and thorough investigations of associate complaints and disputes, prepares documentation, resolves simple issues, and involves Field HR Directors or the Office of Dispute Resolution for complex cases.
Assists Operations leadership in developing and executing Regional Strategic Plans to ensure both internal and external candidate pipelines; forecasts staffing needs to fill vacant Management positions on a timely basis to support company growth; participates in Open House events and career fairs with Recruiters.
Advises Operations leadership on conducting effective associate performance evaluations and assists associates with career and personal development.
Provides follow-up with new hires through the Keep In Touch Program to promote an understanding of Panda’s Mission, Vision, Values, and Culture and ensures adequate training opportunities.
Coordinates with the Decentralized Learning Manager to deliver local training and development sessions for Operations management (e.g., 7 Habits, Sexual Harassment, Interviewing Skills, Performance Reviews, Individual Development Plans).

Work Environment
This role involves regular local travel and occasional overnight travel (25–50%), varying by region. Candidates must be able to meet these requirements, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Your Background And Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; business and/or HR majors preferred.
7+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years as an HR Generalist in associate relations, training and development, recruiting, people management, or equivalent Operations management experience, preferably in retail/hospitality operations.
Successful completion of initial and required periodic trainings.
Must obtain a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.
Pay Range Annual: $112,500 - $158,000. Pay is determined by location, experience, and other factors.
