Financial Services Operations & Client Support Analyst Base pay range $20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused

Financial Services Operations & Client Support Analyst

to join a growing team within the wealth management and brokerage industry. This role supports Financial Advisors through a blend of client-facing phone support, compensation and financial processing, and cross-functional operational collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in customer service, financial operations, accounting, or commissions processing who are looking to grow their career in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

Process daily compensation and revenue-sharing arrangements for new advisors and maintain ongoing updates for existing advisors

Support complex compensation and payout inquiries, including corrections and institutional payout requirements

Serve as a point of contact for Financial Advisors, providing professional phone and email support

Collaborate with internal teams including Registration, Client Service, Quality Assurance, Transitions, Business Consulting, and Commissions Operations

Assist with advisor onboarding, office transitions, and migration initiatives

Research and resolve discrepancies while ensuring accuracy and compliance

Document processes, updates, and procedural changes

Manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in financial services, accounting, operations, or customer support

Experience in commissions, compensation processing, or financial operations preferred

College degree preferred (Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field)

Strong customer service and phone support experience; comfort interacting with Financial Advisors

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Experience working in deadline-driven environments with minimal supervision

Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organization

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships

High attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting capabilities

Proven problem-solving skills impacting daily operational matters

Strong documentation skills with the ability to capture and update processes

Self-motivated and adaptable to changing priorities

Preferred Technical Skills

Experience with financial systems, CRM, or ERP platforms

Exposure to tools such as Oracle, Salesforce, or similar enterprise systems

Familiarity with document management or workflow tools
