Dealership Accountant II
Accounting office for Beverly Hills Porsche & Santa Monica Audi: 2034 Cotner Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90025.
Hours Full-time 8-5 (flexible) with occasional overtime at month end.
Pay The full salary range for this position is $60,500-126,500 annually, based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

What You’ll Do
Title Audits
Process car deals into the Accounting system
Perform bank reconciliations daily and monthly
Post NSF checks, send to UTA if needed
Reconcile warranty statements to the general ledger
Reconcile Pre‑Delivery Inspection receivables
Reconcile Miscellaneous receivables
AR and Cash in Bank schedules
Oversee cancellations
Post reserve statements and process chargebacks
File 8300 forms to the IRS
Post and reconcile holdback
Post and reconcile all incentive/rebate monies
Post all non‑parts factory invoices on factory statements
Coordinate the factory trade reconciliation with AP
Loaners payoffs
Provide stats for specific manufacturers
Add all notes in Intranet schedules for month end
Responsible for overall schedules, specifically the following
Schedule 8 Internal AR – monitor intercompany receivables, reconcile monthly
Schedule 21 Rebate/Dealer$/Volume Based Incentives – reviewed weekly
Schedule 22 Factory receivables – review monthly
Schedule 23 Dealer Bonuses
Schedule 27 Miscellaneous AR – review monthly
Schedule 31 Finance Reserve receivables – review monthly
Schedule 60 Internal AP – review when received
Schedule 67 Accrued Other Liabilities – review monthly
Schedule 68 Auction Reserve & Market Adjustment – review monthly
Schedule 72 unclaimed properties
Additional responsibilities as requested
What You’ll Bring
Dealership Accounting experience is required – great opportunity to grow into a Business Manager role
Accounting knowledge – understanding of chart of accounts, debits and credits; ability to reconcile statements and resolve variances
Attention to detail – strong focus on accuracy and urgency in transactional processing
Communication – excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening
Time management – ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
Customer service orientation – positive attitude and commitment to exemplary service
