Job Description About the Role We’re seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to focus exclusively on recruiting delivery for several of Houston’s leading enterprise clients. This is a

pure recruiting role

– no sales, no business development. You will partner closely with account managers and client hiring teams to fill critical technical positions while providing a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for mid- to senior-level IT positions (intake → sourcing → screening → submission → interview coordination → offer close).

Work directly with hiring managers to understand technical skill sets, role requirements, and team needs.

Build strong sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other tools.

Conduct technical and behavioral screens to assess fit.

Craft clear, concise candidate write-ups for client review.

Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and keep candidates engaged throughout the process.

Provide market insights, compensation trends, and competitive intel to internal teams and clients.

Maintain accurate records and workflow in ATS systems.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT recruiting (agency preferred but not required).

Strong understanding of technical roles across software, cloud, infrastructure, security, and data.

Excellent candidate engagement skills with a track record of high fill rates.

Ability to manage a high volume of reqs while maintaining high-quality submissions.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers.

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.

Preferred

Experience supporting large Houston clients (energy, healthcare, financial, or enterprise IT).

Established network of IT professionals in the Houston market.
