Salary is negotiable depending upon relevant experience. About The Role The role supports the administration, support, and maintenance of the nCino and Salesforce platforms. The successful candidate will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations, support system capabilities, assist with releases and vendor upgrades, and enhance platform performance. Responsibilities include leading the support of end users, performing scheduled system maintenance, maintaining third‑party applications and services integration, managing platform releases, and collaborating with the development team to implement system improvements. The primary responsibility is managing the nCino Commercial Lending Application. This is a corporate position which may be located in an available bank division across our nine‑state footprint (AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, TX, UT, WA, WY). Compensation

— The entry rate for this position is $47.23 per hour (Kalispell, MT). All compensation offers are analyzed individually taking into consideration geographic location, years of experience, and educational background. WA applicants: Spokane range $53.95-$80.91/hour; Wenatchee range $54.45-$81.66/hour. Responsibilities

Lead administration, user access, and support for nCino and Salesforce platforms; develop strategies to improve system support and performance; assist the development team with new functionality and implementation. Address system outages and communicate outages to the Service Desk and bank stakeholders with minimal supervision. Coordinate and participate in new platform software products and releases impacting business services; work with Development, Quality Assurance, and functional teams to ensure seamless updates, releases, and new feature implementations. Develop thorough and clear communication for system changes being implemented in production. Maintain effective IT systems and applications; establish protocols and procedures for assigned applications; translate business requirements into functional/technical requirements; provide guidance to lower‑level analysts and/or vendors. Lead log review, documentation, and training for Level II Support and other team members as needed. Uphold Standard Operating Procedures, Change Management, Release Management, and Service Level Agreements; ensure thorough testing by appropriate users; manage changes for fixes and updates in cooperation with Change Management. Prioritize system work (defects/enhancements) and present recommendations to management; support production problems and trouble tickets, including coordination with external vendors. Create and maintain documentation on IT operational and security controls, including SOX controls for lending systems. Analyze business and functional requirements and translate into technical solutions; develop reports and dashboards; coordinate with business users for testing and validation. Provide guidance and best practices to senior management to support informed decision‑making. Ensure compliance with all company policies, applicable laws and regulations (including BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC); complete assigned online training courses and pass by due date. Qualifications

Experience leading nCino and Salesforce administration and support in a complex enterprise environment. Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and project management skills; ability to guide junior staff and coordinate cross‑functional teams. Ability to interact professionally with all levels of bank management and staff; good written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with IT policy, change management, release management, and SOX controls related to lending systems. Willingness to work across multiple states and bank divisions as needed. About You
