Key Responsibilities
Design and build ETL pipelines that transform raw, unstructured data from multiple sources into clean, reliable datasets
Develop and maintain data models and transformations that support analytics, reporting, and ML workflowsli>
Create and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and performance tuning
Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Grafana to enable self-service analytics across teams
Orchestrate data pipelines using Airflow, ensuring reliability, monitoring, and scalability
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver analytics solutions
Establish data quality standards, testing frameworks, and documentation for pipeline reliability
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related roles
Strong proficiency in
SQL
for complex queries, data modeling, and optimization
Hands‑on experience with
Python
and data processing libraries ( Pandas ,
Polars )
Production experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines at scale
Proven experience with
Airflow
for workflow orchestration and pipeline management
Experience building dashboards and visualizations using
Grafana , Looker, Tableau, or similar tools
Experience with
ClickHouse
for real‑time analytics (or Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
Ability to work with raw, unstructured data from diverse sources and design robust transformation logic
