The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role includes proactive system troubleshooting, working with mechanical, electrical, chemical feed and storage equipment, conducting routine contractual sampling and survey work, preventative and breakdown maintenance, maintaining parts inventory, completing cost accounting time entry and field data entry, and anticipating and correcting safety issues (both Company and Customer owned equipment). The technician will interface directly with customers and may be responsible for work in multiple systems, locations, or customers within a primary service area and regional territory. The ideal candidate will be located in the north Richmond, VA area. Who We Are Looking For
