QA lead Quality Assurance Leadership Responsibilities
Lead the QA efforts for onshore teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks. Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cucumber, Selenium, and other relevant tools. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues. Act as the primary point of contact between onshore and offshore QA teams. Schedule and lead daily sync-ups with offshore teams. Ensure timely communication of requirements, priorities, and feedback. Monitor offshore team performance and provide guidance and support as needed. Maintain comprehensive test documentation including test cases, test plans, and defect reports. Provide regular QA status updates to stakeholders. Track and report key QA metrics (e.g., test coverage, defect density, automation progress). Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a lead role. Strong hands-on experience with Cucumber, Selenium, and Java/Python. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage and mentor offshore teams. Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000 a year #LI-SP3 #LI-VX1
