Venture Global LNG
Overview
Venture Global LNG ("Venture Global") is a long‑term, low‑cost provider of American‑produced liquefied natural gas. The company’s two Louisiana‑based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long‑term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Using reliable, proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration, Venture Global’s modular, mid‑scale plant design will replace traditional designs as it allows for the same efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital cost.
Responsibilities
Conduct QMS and project audits aligned with API, ISO, and regulatory and compliance standards.
Manage audit plans, preparation, document and data gathering, distribution, and communications.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, company team members, external stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to gather and record auditee contact information, auditee location address, auditee location access requirements, and all necessary information required for audit planning and scheduling.
Coordinate with auditee to confirm audit dates, develop and issue terms of reference, develop and issue audit agenda, and conduct audits.
Track findings, issue audit reports, and verify corrective actions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, Project Management, Industrial Technology, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management, or a related field in the energy industry, preferably in LNG
Broad knowledge and understating of API & ISO Registration standards, industry codes, standards, & industry best practices
Experience with audits, inspections, and vendor evaluations
Well‑articulated with excellent written and verbal communication, planning, computing, technical, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel, both domestic and international (70% to 90% depending on workload)
Ability to perform multiple tasks, work within project deadlines and adjust as priorities change
Have the ability to read and interpret engineer drawings to include P&IDs, Civil / Structural plans and details, Electrical Wiring Diagrams, Piping Isometrics, etc.
Have advanced computer experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, BI, Adobe, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel Work products
Ability to obtain a TWIC Card
