Day in the life of a Duck As the full-time Assistant Store Leader, you are the store’s direct influencer in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations. Requirements

Assists Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members.

Assists coordinating day‑to‑day workflow of Team Members and provides direction.

Assists with employment actions, including discipline and termination, in accordance with company policy.

Monitors store performance and identifies opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.

Assists customers with questions or price discrepancies.

Enforces proper use of sales pitches with the Team.

Maintains proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Accurate reading, counting, and writing.

Ability to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.

Maintain a clean appearance per dress and grooming standards.

Assign and delegate tasks.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to stand for prolonged periods and work at the cash register.

Lift up to 15 pounds at times; lift up to 50 lbs. during physical activities.

Work outside in loud environment due to car wash equipment, engaging in lifting, bending, reaching, stooping.
