Outgoing Quality Assurance Technician role at TSMC. This position is based at the Phoenix, Arizona facility and involves quality-related responsibilities in an advanced semiconductor manufacturing environment. Responsibilities
Perform diverse quality-related functions, ensuring efficient execution of operational, equipment, and support tasks. Develop and execute Outgoing Corrective Action Plans (OCAP) to proactively address and resolve nonconformities in outgoing products. Configure equipment recipes for automatic inspection tools, ensuring precise and accurate product inspection. Collaborate with Outgoing Quality Assurance operators, providing essential support for daily activities, including product shipment preparation. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by strictly following all standards and workplace safety protocols. Minimum Qualifications / Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical Skills
Solid foundational skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). General computer literacy with the aptitude to quickly learn and operate specialized inspection tools. Interpersonal Skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and supervisors. Demonstrated positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and proven multitasking abilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, including wearing full personal protective equipment (coveralls, hoods, boots, safety glasses, and gloves). Flexibility to work a compressed schedule, including night shifts, overtime, and holidays as required. Ability and willingness to work any shift (day or night) in a compressed work week schedule after training. Shift is 12 hours (6am–6pm or 6pm–6am) with a 4-on/3-off and 3-on/4-off pattern.
