Role Description
Full‑time, on‑site Business Development Representative in Crosby, TX. Responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and working closely with the sales team to achieve growth targets. Daily tasks include inside/outside sales activities, lead generation, client outreach, and contributing to sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
Experience in Sales and Business Development with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
Strong organizational and time‑management skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the Environmental and Industrial services industry is preferred
Willingness to travel as needed for client interaction
Ability and mindset to maintain existing customer relationships as well as develop new ones
Existing network of relationships within the Environmental & Industrial sector preferred
