Overview
This is a full-time hybrid role for a People Operations Manager, based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility for remote work. This role involves overseeing HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. The People Operations Manager will develop and implement policies, manage employee benefits and payroll administration, and support workforce planning. They will also champion the employee experience while ensuring adherence to organizational goals and policies, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace. Responsibilities
Oversee HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. Develop and implement HR policies; manage employee benefits and payroll administration. Support workforce planning and champion the employee experience, ensuring adherence to organizational goals and policies. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications
Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning (particularly inclusive of hourly and shift-based employees) Knowledge of employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution Expertise in HR policies, compliance, and labor law Proven skills in payroll administration and benefits management Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities Demonstrated ability to foster company culture and promote employee experience Proficiency in HR software and tools Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus) Previous experience in a 3PL or logistics sector is a strong advantage Pay and Benefits
$85,000-$115,000 per year in On-Target Earnings (OTE) depending on experience 401k Seniority level
