Responsibilities
Directly supervise and coordinate crop production operations such as tillage, maintenance, planting, cultivating, harvest, etc.
Assist in scheduling fertilizer, irrigation, and chemical applications.
Consistently communicate about farm activities, challenges, and management decisions.
Support innovation of farm practices.
Ensure proper safety procedures for personnel and equipment at all times.
Operate any and all equipment necessary for farming operations.
Qualifications
Experience in the agriculture industry – knowledge of crop production preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong leadership, decision‑making, and communication skills.
Self‑motivated with ability to work independently and with a team.
Able to lift 50 pounds.
