Job Description Leads and executes strategic marketing initiatives for multi‑family housing projects, nonprofit programs, and company branding. Oversees campaign development, team management, agency/vendor relationships, analytics, and budget. Drives innovation and ensures alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all company projects and initiatives
Lead asset management marketing initiatives, including the creation and execution of strategies to support property performance, resident engagement, and website management throughout the asset’s lifecycle
Oversee marketing efforts across the full development project life cycle, from pre‑development branding and community engagement through lease‑up, stabilization, and disposition, ensuring alignment with project goals and company standards
Lead and mentor marketing team members
Oversee branding, advertising, digital campaigns, and event marketing
Design and print marketing materials, including brochures, signage and flyers
Analyze campaign performance, report on ROI, and optimize future efforts
Set and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost‑effective execution
Ensure brand consistency and high‑quality standards across all channels
Direct content creation for web, social media, email, and print
Lead planning and execution of major events (grand openings, community outreach)
Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
Collaborate with executive leadership, operations, and property management teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
5–7 years of progressive marketing experience (real estate/multi‑family housing preferred)
Proven track record of successful campaign management and team leadership
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, analytics tools, and CMS platforms
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills
Strong understanding of luxury branding and high‑design aesthetic
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or similar) to track campaign performance and ROI
High attention to detail, creativity, and collaborative spirit
